I like the personal touch associated with FCI. All reps went out of their way to accommodate to my schedule & were so very nice that is was very easy to work with them.
The workmen (Jeff and Josh) were respectful of my home, and treated my things with care. They worked hard--no slacking off or taking breaks--for almost five hours. The result is absolutely gorgeous, and the carpet is comfortable and luxurious to walk on. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Rob Takehara did a great job in communicating with me and working around my schedule. Job was a Bathroom and from the time he came out and doing the work, I decided to removed the 1970's Wallpaper. That then required finding someone to re-texture the walls and paint.James Hamilton, the installer was great. That day I was busy with other things, but an important quality of any worker I have work for me is friendliness. While he was here I was able to chat with him about some of the steps he was taking and add to my base of knowledge [not that I would wish to tackle a flooring job in the future] and just chat for a bit, now and then.
